Danny Rose says truth will come out about his uncertain summer at Tottenham

Danny Rose has vowed to have his say.
Rose’s time in Spurs appeared to be over after he had been left out of the club’s pre-season tour to Asia so he could”investigate prospective chances with different clubs”, but a move never materialised.
The 29-year-old has begun all Tottenham’s Premier League matches this year and was also handed an England beginning on Saturday in the European Qualifier against Bulgaria.
Rose is content at the way things have played out but says that the full facts regarding his situation have not yet come .
“It wasn’t tough, it’s what it is,” he said. “Not everything that has been publicised in the summer was entirely true and I think later on I will have my say on what that happened but I really don’t need to focus on negativity at that moment.
“I suppose I should be pleased with possibly being up for sale and having begun the first four matches for Tottenham and the first England game of the campaign.
“I can’t lie I’m quite pleased, but I only want to mention that everything which was composed in the summer was not completely correct.”
Despite Spurs’ willingness to proceed from him this summer, Rose does not doubt his own abilities and he insists his relationship with director Mauricio Pochettino remains powerful.
“I really don’t need to prove myself to anybody,” he said. “I’ve a manager at club level who knows me. You look at last season, I played at this Champions League’s quarter-final, semi-finals of this Champions League and I played and I played at the final.
“So I have a supervisor there who believes in me.
“Then if you take a look at international I’ve got a manager that whenever I have been available for choice I’ve been picked. He believes in me and I’m very thankful.
“I’m lucky to have managers at club level and international level who think in me.
“I don’t feel I have anything to prove to anybody and that I feel like I have done enough over the years to show my worth.
“I obviously only wish to repay everybody that has exhibited faith in me and it’s been a terrific start to the effort and I am looking forward to what is ahead.”
